Peacefully on Sunday, September 23, 2001. Beloved husband of Ida Spevack. Loving father and father-in-law of Rosalyn Cobrin and Jack Lackman, Rhoda and Ed Weinberg. Cherished Zaida of Gordon, Arthur and Shira, Teddy and Sheryl, Shawn and Elisa, Mitchell and Rosie. Proud great grandfather of nine. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Saul and Mary Cobrin, Lily and the late Jack Friman, Ben and Betty Cobrin, the late Sam and the late Ettie Cobrin, the late Frank and the late Sarah Cobrin, the late Becky and the late Harry Albert, the late Louis and the late Bea Cobrin, the late Jean and the late Mack Schulman. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, September 25 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Beth Israel Beth Aaron Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, Sources Road, D.D.O.
