Peacefully in her ninetieth year on Friday, July 15, 2022 at the Hillel Lodge in Ottawa. Beloved wife of the late George Silverman. Forever doting mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Jodie and the late Lisa. Bubbie Bess of Steph and Devon, and Ben and Rachel; Bubbie "Best” of Lyla and Mia. Predeceased by her sisters Sylvia, Adele, Eta and Bertha. Bess was the glue that pulled people together in Ste-Sophie, Montreal, Chomedey and B'Nai Brith House in Côte-Saint-Luc. Thank you to all the staff at Hillel Lodge LTC. Graveside service on Monday, July 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the B’nai Brith Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at 54 Charing Road, Ottawa, Ontario Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. |
