Peacefully, on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at the age of ninety-five. A Holocaust survivor, true hero and veteran of the IDF. Most beloved husband of the late Eva Farkas and the late Marilyn Farkas. Loving father and father-in-law of Gila and Harvey Dorfman and Amy and Allan Farkas. Cherished Saba of Carly and Michael Obrand, Jay Dorfman, Blake Madew and Priscilla Bruno, Taylor Madew and Etienne Cardinal and Madison Farkas. Adored great-grandfather of Ava and Rory Obrand and Nathaniel Madew. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and Lad & Lassie friends and customers. Special thanks to the most caring staff of 6 North at Maimonides. A private graveside service will take place.
