Courageously after a lengthy illness, on Monday, February 12, 2001. Beloved husband of Lillian. Loving father and father-in-law of Allan and Margaret Shapiro. Cherished Gramps of Jordan, Stephanie and Matthew Shapiro. Dear brother of Anita Barton (the late Murray), Arthur Phillips (Sherry) and the late Sydney Phillips. Devoted brother-in-law of Micki Rothman. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
