GIAN, Simon. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, November 13, 2008. Beloved husband for sixty-five years of Lily Zarrad. Dearest father and father-in-law of Nathan and Nadine, Rosette Savatovsky, Marc and Francine, Gerry and Celine. Adored Papi of Valerie and Didier, Jenny and Bruce, Michael and Sarah, Frederick and Danielle, Daniel, David. Proud great-grandfather of Brittney, Johnathan, Matthew, Gabriel, Naomi, Ryan, Leana. Predeceased by his four brothers and two sisters. Dear brother-in-law of Mayer Zarrad and Lazar Zarrad of Israel. Much loved by his niece, Rita Guetta, and Tante Corine. He will be sadly missed by all his family around the world and all those whose lives he touched. Special thanks to Natasha for her patience and devotion. The family would like to thank the entire staff of 4C of the Hope Pavilion at the Jewish Eldercare Centre for their exceptional care and compassion.
