Peacefully, on Friday, September 6, 2019. Beloved wife of Lionel for sixty-two years. Mother and mother-in-law of Andrea and George Elbaz, Gail and Sol Hadef. Bubby of Micah and Lia Elbaz, Reyana and Diva Hadef. Our thanks are extended to the countless medical professionals at the Jewish General Hospital, the Montreal Neurological Institute, Julius Richardson Rehab Hospital, CLSC René-Cassin, MUHC Glen Site and Mount Sinai Palliative Care Unit who played key roles in Janet's care over these last many months. A private funeral was held on Sunday, September 8, as per Janet's wishes. Shiva at her home, commencing Monday, September 9 through Friday, September 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
