Peacefully, on Monday, October 21, 2019. Son of the late Leibel and the late Gittel Akerflug. Devoted husband of Zipporah (Zippy) Weltman. Beloved father of David and Kelly, Josh and Chantal. Extraordinary Zaida of Nate, Avery and Max. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Doris and the late Jack Eichler, Shirley and the late Sam Schnurbach, and Mindy Weltman. Caring son-in-law of Blanka and the late Hershel Weltman. Dear uncle and uncle Zaida. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ashley Davidson, the nurses and staff on the 5th floor of St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
