Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, August 21, 2001. Beloved husband of Sheila Small. Devoted father and father-in-law of Jennifer and Derrick Kostiner, Jeffrey and Lois (Kaplan). Cherished Pop of Marlee and Larissa Kostiner; Lauren, Malorie and Robbie Kohos. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Walter and Mickey Kohos, Lily and Les Percs, and brother-in-law of Marcia Perlman, Gerry and Gwen Small. Sadly mourned by his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Diane Gravel and to the caring staff of Sacre Coeur Hospital.
