CUMMINGS, Carol (nee Belson). In her ninety-third year, in Vancouver, in the early morning of Tuesday, August 12, 2008. She was the cherished wife of the late Harold Cummings. Beloved Mom and mother-in-law of David and Janet Cummings, Lorne and the late Barbara Stackhouse, she is also survived by her sister and best friend Sylvia Davidson. Dear sister of the late Ruby Belson (late Esther). Dearly loved by her grandchildren Jason and Amber Cummings, Andrea and Paul Corbett, Kim Stackhouse, and great-grandchildren Dominic, Simeon, Joshua, and Nicolas. Carol will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Davidson and Jules Davidson, Suzanne Belson, Barbara and Ellis Burrows, Buddy Mayer, Robert Cummings, Sheila Finestone, Stanley and Myrna Abbey, Sandra Aronovitch, Alvin Cummings, Norma Cummings, Diane and Jack Livingston, Linda and Tim Baxt. She was loved by her many cousins and friends and will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, August 17 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 4999 Earnscliffe Avenue, Sunday only. |
