Obituary GRANT, Clare (nee Kahan). Peacefully on Saturday July 19, 2008 at the age of one hundred and three. Beloved wife of the late Samuel. Devoted and loving mother of Raymonde, Bernard and Judy. Adoring grandmother of Suzanne and Murray, Abby and Mitchell, Sam and Nourith. Proud great-grandmother of Brandon, Manny, Max and Tyler; Matthew and Spencer. Predeceased by her sisters Lena (Mark), Betty, brother Joseph (Naomi), sisters-in-law Esther (Abram) and Daga (Munio); and family who perished in the Holocaust. Clare will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. The family wishes to thank her caregivers Cynthia and Therese for their loving attention. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, July 21 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregtion Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva private.
