STEIN, Samuel Q.C. On Sunday, September 24, 2006. Beloved husband of Rita Butterman for sixty years. Loving father and father-in-law of Neil and Julie, Barry and Anzie, Susan and the late Richard Stein. Much loved Zaida of Douglas and Sally, Carolyn and John, Jaclyn, Jessica, Robert, Amanda, Daniel, Joanna, Lana and James. Great grandfather of Andrew. Special brother and brother-in-law of Eleanor and the late A.L. Stein Q.C., the late Hymie and the late Rose Stein, the late Kitty and the late Irving Freeman, the late Joe and the late Maimie Stein and brother-in-law of Dr. Norman and Marilyn Butterman of Denver, Dr. Alfred and Sylvia Butterman of Vancouver. Sam will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews relatives and friends. Heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and caregivers of the Montreal General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Tuesday, September 26 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Cemetery Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
