LOWY, Edith (nee Bergfeld) In her eighty-sixth year, on Sunday, June 7, 2009. Wife of the late Ignatz. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Alex and Julia, the late Markus, and Gina and Abe. Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Jody), Jason (Laura), Andre, and Benjamin. Loving great-grandmother of Noah, Tovah, Jack and Samara. Predeceased by her parents and two brothers. She will be sadly missed and mourned by her nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends. Special thanks to Ibby for her devotion, and to the staff at Maimonides Geriatric Centre and at Levtov for their care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, June 10, at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
