ZUKER, Edith (nee Diamond) On Thursday, September 3, 2009, at the age of ninety-three, after a long and difficult battle with Alzheimer's. Dear wife of the late Norman. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Karen and Lyon Kunin, Michael Zuker and Barbara Boness, Joyce Zuker and Aaron Fuchs. Loving grandmother of Jason and Tabish, Kenny, Wendy, Sandra and Michael, Leslie, Sarah, Gaby and Daniel. Sister of Ann Irgo and Sarah Newman, the late Ben, the late Hyman, and the late Morris Diamond. The family would like to thank the staff of Montefiore Maintain and Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Special thanks to Connie, Josie and Joselyn for their exceptional care, kindness and devotion shown to our mother in her final years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, September 6 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at her daughter Karen's residence, ending Wednesday, evening, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
