Obituary FRANK, Louis (Lou) Peacefully, with dignity and courage, on Saturday, January 23, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Rena Berall. Loving father and father-in-law of Susan and Max Haberkorn, and Barry Frank. Cherished grandfather of Andrew and Lori Wise, Lauren and Adam Bultz, Stacey, Lee and Kelly Haberkorn. Great-grandfather of Paige, who was the apple of his eye. Dear brother of Edna (June) Cooper and the late Molly Colman. Special thanks to Dr. David Melnychuk, Marie-France Belanger, Francine Venne, Dr. Adriana Verdejo, Dr. Bernard Lapointe and all the nurses and staff of the 4th floor Palliative Care Unit at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, January 26 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his daughter's home, "Le Cartier" at 3410 rue Peel #1702, from 1 to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
