Peacefully, on Saturday, April 20, 2019, in his one hundred and third year. Beloved husband of Bluma Amsel for seventy-three years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Tina and Wilfried Schneider, Donald Littner and Martina Kleine-Beck. Loving grandfather of Stacey Schneider. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Sylvia and the late Leonard Keller, the late Bernard Littner; and brother-in-law of the late Leonard Bell, the late Evelyn and the late Abe Levine. Bob will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Phyllis Bell (née Amsel), nieces and nephews, Brian and Lynn Keller, Suesan, and Sandra Keller, Lynne and Sheldon Pronman, Penny Levine, Wendy and Nancy Bell. The family would like to thank all the staff members of T11 at Ste. Anne Veteran's Hospital for their outstanding and compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 22 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. The family will be receiving visitors at his daughter Tina's home, 94 Beacon Hill Road, Beaconsfield, H9W 6B5, Monday following burial until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
