VORONOFF, Lillian (Leah) (nee Levitt). Peacefully with courage and dignity on Saturday, August 2, 2008. Devoted wife of Donald for 52 years. Loving mother of Barry and Renee Voronoff and Deborah and Steven Kader. Adored Bubbie of Mariah, Chelsea, Noah and Lauren. Dear Sister to Bella and Wilf Yaphe, Mollie and the Late Martin Daneman, Morton and Rebecca, Larry and Thelma, Sidney and Monique, Joe and Rochelle, Aaron, and Victoria and the late Matthew Levitt, the late Esther and the late Sam Yellin, the late Simon and the late Eleanor, and the late Morris Levitt. She will be sadly missed by her lifelong friend Ida Holtzberg and all others who had the pleasure of knowing her. The family would like to thank Dr. Melnychuk for his exceptional care and compassion and all the staff of 4 Main of the Palliative Care Unit of the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W on Monday August 4 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Dorshei Emet Section Beaconsfield. Shiva at her home. Her unconditional love and support for all is the legacy she leaves for her children and grandchildren to follow. |
