OLFMAN, Mitchell. On Tuesday, February 26, 2008. Beloved husband of Bess (Leve) for fifty-five years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Lisa Olfman and David Wolfe of Toronto, Sharna Olfman and Daniel Burston. Cherished Zaida of Michael and Rachel Wolfe, Adam and Gavriela Burston. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bertha and the late Harry Avrith, Ruth and the late Jack Olfman and predeceased by Joe and May, Hy and Sarah, Abe and Helen, Maurice and Ann, and Shia Olfman. Brother-in-law of the late Esther and the late Sam Stern and the late Hymie Leve. Mitchell will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Peter Kavan, Dr. Peter Metrakos and his Purple Team as well as the nursing staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, February 29 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Dorshei Emet Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva private from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. ending Monday evening March 3.
