SILVER, Max (Mac). Peacefully at home, on Wednesday, May 24, 2006, in his eighty-fourth year. Dearly loved and loving husband of Vivian Fine for fifty-nine years. Beloved father and father-in-law of Wendy and Bruce Barnes, Arlene and Douglas Hancock, Janet Silver, Julia and Clive Hooton. Proud grandfather of Daniel and Joel Barnes; Michael and Alex Hancock; Rebecca, Graham and Trevor Hooton. Dear brother of Reuben Silver, the late Ethel Silver. Mac was a kind, gentle and witty man who will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons on Friday, May 26.
