PORTNOFF, Marilyn (nee Gossack)
On Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Beloved wife of Sam. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Morrie, Jeffrey and Rebecca, and Robert. Cherished Bubbie of Bruce. Predeceased by her dear siblings, Harvey (Marlene), Phyllis Ginsherman (the late Gerry) and Irving (Shirley). Sister-in-law of George and Muriel, the late Ida and the late Morris, the late Sadie and the late Alec, Irving and the late Annie, the late Dolly and the late Robert. Marilyn will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the 5H Women's Pavilion at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, November 3 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva private.
