| Obituary | FISHER, "Red" (Saul) Peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, on Friday, January 19, 2018. Reunited with his devoted wife and soulmate, Tillie Singer, who predeceased him on January 9, 2018, and with whom he shared seventy wonderful years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Ian and Nancy Fisher of San Francisco, Cheryl Fisher and Lawrence Schiffman. Dear grandfather of Ryan Joseph Fisher. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Sarah and David Beiner, and predeceased by his other siblings and their spouses, Millie and Sam Sholzberg, Sylvie and Archie Nidivitch. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and by many people whose lives he touched for over sixty years. The family would like to acknowledge with sincerest gratitude Drs. David Mulder, Ruby Friedman and Kristian MacMahon for their exceptional devotion. Special thanks to Red's caregivers, Rico and Anna for their compassion, and to the nurses and staff of 6 South at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 24 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
