BARR, Norman
It is with great sadness that we announce Norman's passing on Saturday, August 25, 2012. Beloved husband of Edith Vainberg for fifty-four years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Reesa, Rochelle, Monika and Matty Ittah. Cherished Zaida of Zoe and Stirling Mintz; Ra'anan, Sivan and Amir de Haas. Son of the late Max and the late Rose Barr. Predeceased by his brothers, Isidore and Robert. Dear brother-in-law of Anita Bursztyn and the late David Vainberg. Beloved uncle to his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Norman will be missed and fondly remembered by his family and many friends. Sincere thanks to all the compassionate staff on the 14th Floor at the Montreal General Hospital for their outstanding care and attention for the past four months. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, August 29 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
