PTACK, Irving
It is with great sadness that we announce his peaceful passing on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Cherished husband and soul-mate of Marsha Wagner. Irving will be deeply missed by his daughter Elana, son Lorne, daughter-in-law Emma, brother Morton (Aviva), sisters Rhoda, and Cheryl (Michael), special cousin Herbert (Shelly), and sister-in-law Phyllis, as well as by many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Son of the late Doris and the late David Ptack. The family wishes to acknowledge with deepest respect Dr. April Shamy and all of the doctors, nurses and staff at the Jewish General Hospital, who cared for and supported Irving and our whole family on this sad journey. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, June 7, at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva will take place at his home, details to be announced.
