STEIN, Abraham (Abe) On Friday, August 5, 2011, in his eighty-seventh year. Beloved husband of Bertha Schachter for fifty-nine years. Loving father and father-in-law of Myra and Carey Adirim, Phillip and Cathy Stein, Rosanne Stein and Mitch Beube. Cherished Zeida of Jamey, Tara, Lauren and Zachary Adirim; Ryan, Dara, Corey and Kelli Stein; and Nava Beube. Dear brother-in-law and brother of Gertie and the late Jack Stein, and brother-in-law of Bernard Schachter, Leonard and Judith Schachter, the late Norma Avers. Abe will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. The family would like to thank the 2nd floor Cardiac Care team at the Jewish General Hospital for their compassionate care over the past month. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, August, 8 at 12 noon. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
