PALNICK, Samuel Hirsch. After a very courageous battle on Saturday, September 9, 2000. Beloved husband of the late Esther. Devoted father of Larry, Jeffrey, and Judy Palnick (Dr. Robert Cohen). Loving grandfather of Harrison Palnick Cohen. Dear brother of Rabbi Eli and Irene, Ena and Talmon Hertz of Calgary. Brother-in-law of Miriam Nathenson of Boston. Cherished friend of Lucie Levasseur, Joseph Marcus and Elizabeth Beaupre. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Special thanks to the CLSC, the V. O. N and the Oncology Department of the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Wednesday, September 13 at 12 noon. Burial at the Congregation Bethel Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 1720 Norway Road, TMR.
