ZIMMERMAN, Mina (nee Weiss)
A Holocaust survivor. With dignity, on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, in her eighty-ninth year. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of John and Renee, and Shirley. Daughter of the late Jacob and the late Yettie Weiss. Adored Bubbie of Shawn and Marcy, Sarah and Finlay. Proud great-grandmother of Mia and Sophia. Predeceased by her siblings who perished in the Holocaust. She will be remembered by Rubin Zimmerman, and by all those who knew and loved her. The family would like to acknowledge with deepest gratitude the wonderful care she received from Gina, Cherry, Gemma, Alice and Betty. Special thanks to the staff of 6W at the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, July 17 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 5160 Macdonald Ave. #1001, Friday afternoon following burial, and Sunday through Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
