MOSCOVITCH, Ruth (née Asch) Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Cherished wife of Herman Moscovitch. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Ronald and Sima Moscovitch of California, Marlene and Scott Karpman of Florida, and Lori Moscovitch. Proud grandmother of Dr. Adam and Jackie Karpman, Brett Karpman; Richard Moscovitch, Pamela Moscovitch and fiancé Brian Waters. Great-grandmother of Leah Rose Karpman. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Michael and Janet Asch of Vancouver. Devoted daughter of the late Harry and the late Mary Asch. Ruth will be deeply missed. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, October 1 at 11:15 a.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at her home, 6005 Cavendish Blvd. #204, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily. Due to the festival of Succoth, shiva ends Wednesday afternoon.
