ABELSON-PENCER, Alice (nee Horlick). Peacefully, on Sunday, January 18, 2009. Beloved wife of the late David Abelson and the late Harry Pencer. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Vicki, Beverly and Sam Caplan. Cherished "Nanny Alice" of Scott (Nicole), and David Abelson; Barry, Daisy, and the late Shelly Richer. Proud great-grandmother of Lily, Ben and Thomas. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Hymie and Frances Horlick, Jack and Doris Horlick, Florence and Bert Silverman. The family would like to thank the staff of CLSC Metro for their exceptional care. Special thanks to Dr. Piche, Alicja and Benina. Words cannot express our heartfelt gratitude to Josephine, Betty, Hermie, Susan and Myrtle for their loving care, compassion and devotion.
