ABERMAN, Ethel (nee Zilbert)
Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the age of 95. Loving daughter of the late Seema and Moishe Zilbert. Devoted wife of the late Jack Aberman. Terrific mother and mother-in-law of the late Rosalie Aberman, Myrna and the late Jerry Schiff, Arnold and Janis Aberman, Zave and Celia Aberman, Susan Aberman and Louis Dzialowski. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie and Bob, Jamie and Kara, Wendy and Peter, Steven and Marci, Karen and Colin, Douglas, Robert and Aviva, Michael and Amy, Leslie and Justin, Jessica, Eric and Danya. Proud great-grandmother of 22. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Nathan and the late Stella Zilbert. Special aunt of Elinor Warsh and the late Alan Zilbert. Ethel will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the wonderful women who were devoted to her care: Belvina, Gemma, Lori, Rose and Rosemary. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, June 9 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at the Waldorf, 7400 Cote-Saint-Luc Rd., # 501 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. through Friday morning.
