PINCHUK, Sydney Peacefully, after a courageous battle, with his family by his side, on Monday, January 29, 2018, in his eighty-sixth year. Loving husband of the late Miriam Bidner for sixty-two years. Devoted and cherished father and father-in-law of Alan and Annuta, Richard and Annamaria, Earl and Gary, David and Gilda. Loving and cherished grandfather of Tiffany and Larry Rinzler, Chelsey and Nick Corpart, Brandon and Jordan Pinchuk; Michael Pinchuk, Lindsay and Dr. Nader Khaouam, and Evan Yarrow, Alice and Ryan Pinchuk. Adored great-grandfather of Lucy, Oliver and Bradley Rinzler; Marley, Lily and Nikki Corpart; Blake and Harper Pinchuk. Son of the late Alice and the late Archie Pinchuk. Predeceased by his siblings, Noma Bernstein, Morty Pinchuk and Harvey Pinchuk, and his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Max and Ann Bidner, Claire Halperin Pashlin and Irving Halperin and Jack Pashlin, Dorothy Zelniker Miller and Seymour Zelniker and William B. Miller. Dear brother-in-law of Norman Bernstein and Gilda Pinchuk. Sydney will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. David Melnychuk, Dr. Nancy Morin and Paula Habib for their excellent care. Special thanks to his devoted caregivers, Mitchell, Zaira and Joy. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 31 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
