WEISS, Berl
Peacefully, with dignity, and surrounded by love, on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the age of eighty-six. Devoted and loving husband of Ruth Wilder for sixty-three years. Dear brother-in-law of Sam and Paula (Wilder) Melamed. Loving, devoted and cherished uncle of Alan and Iris (Rogers) Melamed, Arthur and Marilyn (Melamed) Master. He will be fondly remembered by his grandnieces, grandnephew, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephew. Berl will be missed by many friends. The family extends special thanks to Drs. Golda Tradounsky and Marilisa Romano and the staff of the 3rd floor at Mount Sinai Hospital for their exceptional care, and to his compassionate caregiver, Rose Dohinog, for whom he always had a smile. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, May 11 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily through Wednesday evening. |
