ABRAMOWITZ, Muriel (nee Lax). Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, October 11, 2002. Wife of the late Eddie. Mother and mother-in-law of Alta and Joe, Roselle and the late Lorne. Sister of Edythe Rothblatt and Helen Paulive. Grandmother of Marcie and Bill Scudder, Mark Dermer and Deborah Margo, Joseph and Melanie Abramowitz, Richard Dermer, Naomi and Michael Cohen, Lori and Brad Creamer. Proud great-grandmother of twelve: Daniel, Jeremy and Elana Scudder, Alison, Eden and Isaac Abramowitz, Loren and Adam Cohen, Noah and Eva Margo-Dermer, Sam and Michelle Creamer. The family would like to thank the staff of Place Kensington and her caregivers for their care and compassion. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West took place on Sunday, October 13 at 1 p.m. Shiva private.
