DUBIN, Irma (née Packer) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irma Packer Dubin (Grammy) in Montreal on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in her ninety-sixth year. Beloved wife of the late Michael Dubin. Devoted mother of the late Sheila Dubin Poras and the late Brahm Dubin. Grateful mother-in-law of Peter Poras and Patti Poras and Jeanne Dubin. Loving sister of Essie Packer Garfein. Proud grandmother of Steffany Poras Doolittle and Peter Doolittle, David Poras and Jenna Poras, Catherine Dubin Aspenwall and Matthew Aspenwall and Eric Dubin, Todd Pauling and Sarah Pauling, Dana and David Neitzel. Great-grandmother of Cole Doolittle, Samuel Doolittle, Annie Doolittle, Ryan Poras, Emily Poras, Hailey Aspenwall, Savannah Aspenwall, Mason Aspenwall and Olivia Aspenwall, Dexter and Zoey Pauling and Lilly Neitzel, Charlie Neitzel and Amelia Neitzel. Dear daughter of the late Annie and the late Joseph Packer. Beloved niece of Fannie Eisner. Dear cousin of Annette Selig and Gordon Selig and Barbara Weiner and the late Larry Weiner. Loving aunt of Maureen and Joel Richler, Michael and Sandy Richler and Lawrence and Carol Richler. Irma will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. The family will receive guests following the burial at Ruby Foos Hotel Otago Restaurant.
