It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Isaac, on Monday, February 4, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn. Cherished father and father-in-law of Sam (Careen), Iris (Murray), Henry (Joëlle). Proud and loving grandfather of Shannon, Lindsay and Daniel, Ryan and Suzanne, Audrey, Kelly, and Eva. Great-grandfather of Sasha, Olivia, and Brighton. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Odette and the late Ezra Azouri, the late Eveline and the late Naim Somekh, and the late Valentine Gourdji. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, friends and all who knew and loved him. Special thanks to the staff at the Jewish General Hospital and the Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care, kindness and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Wednesday, February 6 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Spanish & Portuguese Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
