DAVINE, Naomi (nee Pinsky) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Naomi, after a brief illness, on Sunday, January 9, 2011. Beloved wife and best friend of Richard (Mickey) Davine for sixty-two years, since they met at McGill University. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Rhona and Jerry Rosenblatt, and Jon Davine. Exceptional "Bubs" of Jeff and Liana, Sara and Sean. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ryna and the late Abe Pinsky, the late Rose and the late Arnold (Sonny) Blauer. Dear sister-in-law of the late Sam Davine, the late Ben and the late Rae Davine, the late Fanny Davine, the late Henry and the late Irene Davine, the late Al and the late Estelle Davine, the late Sylvia and the late Bennie Bodnoff. Proud daughter of the late Moris and the late Sarah Pinsky. Naomi will be sadly missed by her dear niece Linny Blauer with whom she had a unique relationship and by her many other nieces, nephews, family, friends and all of those whose lives she touched. To know her was to love her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, January 13 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 2130 Cambridge Rd., T.M.R., from 1:30 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
