SHAPIRO, Buzzy (Boris). Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Beloved husband and best friend of Rita Morantz for fifty-seven years. Loving dad of Lynda and Morris Vesely, Patty and John Woron, the late Dougie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Goldie and the late Dr. Harold Kahne, Bernice and Sam Klamph, Sylvia and the late Alec Dollin, Harvey and Cookie Shapiro, and brother-in-law of Shirley and the late Jack Ginsberg, the late Stan Morantz. Treasured Zaidie of Heidi and Marleigh, Eric, Michelle and Danny, Neil, and Lisa. Great-grandfather of Kaelyn. Sadly mourned by Meira. Buzzy will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, long-time friends and the Doubletex family. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the 10th floor, Montreal General Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Friday, December 1 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
