BRATZ, Bernard (Buddy)
Peacefully, after a brief illness, on Thursday, January 12, 2017, two days after his eighty-ninth birthday. Beloved husband and best friend of Bernice (Bashie) Boxstein for sixty-four years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Roanne Bratz and Ronnie Stein, Arlene Bratz and Alan Abramowicz. Proud and adoring Zaida of David, and Jackie Stein; Evan, and Adam Abramowicz. Son of the late Abraham and the late Dorothy Bratz. Dearest brother-in-law of Gerald and the late Beverly Boxstein, the late Lydia and the late Maurice Minkin, the late Annabelle and the late Owen Mack. "Uncle Buddy" will be remembered with love and a smile by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. The family would like to acknowledge with appreciation, the love and care shown to the family by Lenetta over the past eleven years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 15 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
