ADLER, Ruth (nee Rafal) With courage and dignity on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of Hy for nearly fifty years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Roselle Adler and David Zinman, Melodie Adler and David Teplitsky. Exceptional grandmother to Rachael and Anika Zinman, her "heaven on earth". Treasured sister and sister-in-law of Sheila and Leonard Pleet, Beatrice and Leonard Rosmarin, and twin to David Rafal. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ruth will be fondly remembered as the most caring and attentive piano teacher for so many children. Her optimism and kindness to others will live in our hearts forever. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, November 6 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
