MAGIL, William (Bill). After a valiant battle with lung cancer on Sunday, January 5, 2003. Passed away peacefully and with dignity at the Mt. Sinai Hospital. Cherished husband of sixty years of Doris Stein. Beloved father and father-in-law of David and Debbie, and Michelle and Richard. Much loved Zaidie of Ilana and Eric, Rachelle, Miriam and Michael, and great-grandson Curtis. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Lou, Helen, and Norton Mogul, the late Rachel, the late Bernice and the late Irving. A favorite uncle to his many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He will be sadly missed by his many friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, January 7 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his residence. A special thank you to all of his caregivers at home, the C.L.S.C. N.D.G., and the Mt. Sinai Hospital.
