ZUBATOFF, Irene (nee Rubin) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irene, in Toronto, on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the age of ninety-one. Beloved wife of the late Abe Zubatoff. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Gerry Zubatoff and Marilyn (Reicher) Zubatoff, and Gaye (Zubatoff) Lefebvre and Jean-Pierre Lefebvre. Cherished Bubbie of Jodie, Bram and Katelin, Carolyn and Jeff, Jacqueline and Eric. Loving great-grandmother of Jeffrey and Samantha, Jaimee, Max and Zoe, Miles and Lyla. Sister and sister-in-law of the late Bryna (Rubin) and the late Carl Langleben, and the late David Rubin. Irene will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Many thanks to her special caregiver Gigi in Montreal and to the staff at Amica in Thornhill. Funeral service in Toronto at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, September 28.
