BREGER, Henry. Peacefully, at age ninety, surrounded by his family on Friday, November 7, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Doris Altman. Dear father of Barry (Sophie Jeanson), Laurie (Betty), Chuck (Mariam Bowen) and the late Robert. Proud grandfather of Sarah and Laila; Robin, Ricky and Dana; Carly and Robbie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sadie and the late Eddie Erdell, the late Doris and the late Jack Lefson. Many thanks to Ellen, Joy and Doris and all the staff at the Manoir Montefiore, as well as the caring ICU staff at the Montreal General Hospital. Henry will be fondly remembered for his strength of character, his charm and his sense of humour. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W., on Monday, November 10 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at Laurie's residence. 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. |
