BRAUDE, Lucy (nee Birenbaum). On Monday, February 11, 2008. Wife of the late Solomon Braude. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Marvin and Pat, Irwin and Lisa. Cherished Bubby of Sondra and Tammy; Sherri and Lee Sparaga, and Cara. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rose and the late Henry Fruchthandler, the late Fanny and the late Issie Cassack, and sister-in-law of Luba and the late Majrim Braude of Australia, the late Tania and the late Eddy Yas. Sadly mourned by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Palliative Care at Mount Sinai Hospital and to Ellen Tissenbaum and the staff of Manoir Montefiore for their exceptional care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Wednesday, February 13 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
