RAPOPORT, Edward. Peacefully on Thursday, June 19, 2003. Beloved husband for sixty-two years of Sylvia Bernstein. Dear father and father-in-law of Terry and Brian Flumerfelt, and Richard and Diane Rapoport. Cherished Zaida of Daniel, Laurie, Sherry, Rob, Mark (Dorit). Great-grandfather of four. Brother and brother-in-law of Rosalie and Al Gilbert, Leo and Miriam of Ottawa, Frances and Irving Yelnick of New Jersey, the late Nissel and his wife and two children who were consumed in the Shoah, the late Miriam and the late Harry Shaikin of Ottawa. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Graveside service at the Congregation Shaare Zedek Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield on Sunday, June 22 at 11:30 a.m. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec, 871-1551. |
