FAINSILBER, Harry
It is with great sadness that the family announces Harry's passing, peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Irreplaceable husband of Estelle. Loving, exemplary father of Toby, Libby, and David; and father-in-law of Alison. Devoted Zaidie of Maya, Joanna, Adar, and Yonah. Supportive brother of Lynn, and Bracha; and brother-in-law of Jeff. Loyal friend, well-respected teacher, great listener, musician, wood and glass worker, crossword maven, world traveler, life-long learner, and Canadiens fan. Harry would like to thank his friends for laughing at his jokes; his hope is that we will listen and be kind to each other. The family would like to thank doctors Steg, Kavan, Zogopoulos, Stein, and Romano; nurses Cathy of Mount Sinai, and Hafsa of CLSC Cavendish for their compassionate, expert care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Friday, May 29 at 9:00 a.m. Burial at the Reconstructionist Dorshei Emet Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his home from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
