BRASLOFF, Reuben
Suddenly, on Monday, September 28, 2015, in his ninety-fifth year. Born in Montreal on September 16, 1921. Husband of the late Beatrice Dattner and the late Phyllis Merson. Beloved father of Mitchell Beer and Karen Irving. Adoring and proud grandfather of Adrian and Rachel Irving-Beer. Predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Sylvia Brasloff. Son of the late Jack and the late Bella Brasloff. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends and the community at Congregation Dorshei Emet. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, September 30 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Dorshei Emet Reconstructionist Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva location to be announced. Due to the festival of Succoth, shiva commences on Tuesday evening, October 6. Shiva hours are from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
