SCHEER, Dezider
On Monday, June 3, 2013, in his ninety-sixth year. Beloved husband of Shirley Rothenberg for sixty years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Leonard and Franceen, Mark and Margo, Alan and John. Cherished grandfather of Lior, Yaniv, and Daniel; Amit, and Oren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Marta and Arnost Fuchs of Prague. Predeceased by his brothers Jan, Armin, and Sandor; and by his sisters Leonka, Ilonka, and many other members of his family who perished in the Holocaust. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Tina Kader, and Dr. David Shahin for their many years of care and compassion, as well as to the Emergency Department of the Jewish General Hospital for their outstanding care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, June 5 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
