MENDEL, Toby (nee Cantor). Suddenly, on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Normie. Cherished daughter of the late Sarah and the late Max Cantor. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Debbie and Mike, Jeffrey and Randy. The bestest Bubbie Toby of Nikki, Jake, Kylie, Billie and Hayley. Devoted sister and sister-in-law of Riva and Carl Gelber. Special auntie of Dr. Stephen and Jodi Gelber, Debra and Alon Wexler. She will be greatly missed by Rozy Shrier, her family, friends and all who knew her. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of 7 NW at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Thursday, August 14 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at her home.
