KLIOT, Berna
(nee Nissenbaum)
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Berna on Saturday, May 17, 2014. Peacefully in her sleep, at the age of eighty-two, surrounded by her loving family. Berna is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-three years, Leo. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Iona, Perry and Rosanne, and grandmother of Jordana, Liane, and Jamie Rebner, and Talia, Jenna, and Aidan Kliot. Remembered dearly by Lenny Rebner, and all her cousins, nieces, nephews, and relatives. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Karanofsky, Dr. Liam Durcan, and Angie and Ellie Dela Cruz for their devoted care. Graveside service took place on Monday, May 19. Shiva at her son's home. Daily morning and evening services. Donations in her memory can be made to Na'amat Canada, (514) 484-0252.
