BRAUN, Mania Lea (nee Smolenska) After a lengthy illness on Saturday, July 26, 2008. Beloved wife of Morris for seventy years. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Reva and Seymour Samberg, Anna and Avrum Nadler. Daughter of the late Icko and the late Raizel Smolenski. Cherished Bubbie of Diane and the late Ian Samberg, Barry and Linda Samberg, Sheryl Nadler, Wendy and Mark Edelstein. Great-grandmother of Samantha, Robert, Matthew, and Jordan Samberg, Megan and Evan Edelstein. Predeceased by her siblings Baruch, Leon, and Gittel. The family would like to thank Valerie Morgan for her devotion, and the staff of the 2nd floor at Maimonides for their compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Monday, July 28 at 12 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
