Peacefully, at her residence in Ottawa, on March 19, 2001 (Adar 24, 5761), at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Boris Katz of Montreal, and dear mother of Kenneth, Leonard and Herschel Katz. Dear grandmother of Jonathan, Jennifer, Rachel, Dahna and Meital. Friends may attend a funeral service at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue, Ottawa on Tuesday, March 20, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield, Quebec. Shiva at 136 Keefer Street, Ottawa. Arrangements care of the Central Chapel of Hulse Playfair and McGarry, Ottawa. Donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
