BENJAMIN, Martha (nee Manful) Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, December 24, 2011, at the age of one hundred and one. Beloved wife of the late Max. Loving mother of Trudi (Joseph Zagury) and Malka. Treasured "Grammie" of Sarah, Lisa (Kevin Pratt) and Lauren (fiance Mike Kozma). "Great-Grammie" of Dylan. Predeceased by her brother Bud. We couldn't have asked for a better role model. Martha will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Special thanks to Helen and the staff of 3W at CHSLD Mont-Royal. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, December 27 at 12 noon. Burial at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at Trudi's home, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, continuing strictly private. Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
